Two chefs, one goal in mind. Arizona Homegrown Experience was created by chef wife duo Marissa & Kellie Delgado. What began as a pop up dinner concept, transformed into an incredible charitable dinner series and has now evolved into the Experience! From restaurants to resorts, and intimate dining to high end catering; our chefs have come together to create a private dining experience unlike any other in the valley.
The "Girl in the Red Glasses" Chef Marissa has spent her career re- defining what catering cuisine truly means! Chef Marissa began her career with a degree in Patisserie and Baking from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. Although sweets were her start, the savory world quickly came calling as she worked her way across the kitchen learning every facet of the business along the way. Fun, creativity, and a passion for uniqueness has earned her a reputation among some of the best in the state. Some of her accomplishments include 2019 International Caterers Association Chef of the Year, & Food Network Chopped Contestant.
Chef Kellie has earned her title Execution Extraordinaire from years in the trenches. Chef Kellie has spent time working in renowned restaurants and resorts around the valley, bringing some of the very best techniques and flavors to your events. Her eye for perfection and attention to detail has elevated every plate that she touches. An unstoppable force to be reckoned with in the culinary world, when she cooks your food you know it!
